About James
I was born and raised in Webster and started my career in the real estate business in 1984 after serving four years as a machinist in the United States Navy. I have enjoyed over 30 years in this business, serving clients, which for me is always a very rewarding experience. In 2012 I decided it was time open my own firm, Empire Realty Group. With my wife, Cheryl to manage the operation of the office and my son, Mike to assist me with the sales, I knew it would be a new adventure in our real estate journey. The one thing I didn’t realize when I opened Empire Realty Group was how many other agents would want to join our firm as well. The other surprise was that now that I’m the “old guy,” the next generation is really stepping up into the real estate business. And I can help them. I hold weekly training sessions for newly licensed associates and will continue to do that as long as I have something to offer them. I am proud of my career and the ability to help families realize their home ownership dreams. And being a Broker Owner of a real estate company, I guess you could say I am “ALL IN” with real estate in Rochester New York! I have also enjoyed the relationships I have built over the years with colleagues in the business, along with lenders, attorneys, inspectors we meet along the way. The future looks bright for real estate in Rochester and our young firm of experienced brokers is ready to make your home ownership dream a reality. We look forward to serving you!
